Other Info: I have always been very career oriented and could be called a workaholic. I work full time in an agricultural field and also raise corn and soybeans on the family farm on the side. Working on the farm is relaxing to me. I have always liked working in the fields, gardening, landscaping, and caring for trees. I have never been married and have only dated one woman who I thought might have been "the one." I do not need to be with someone to feel complete, but would like to meet the right one. Not having children is a huge gap in my life. I feel that I have a lot to offer as a parent but time keeps marching on. I don't think I was ready to make the sacrifices to be a good parent when I was in my 20's. I am at a point in life where I know there are more important things that work and money. Family has always been important to me, and I seem to have taken on the role of caring for the needs of my parents and grandparents when I could have (and maybe should have) prioritized my social life and activities.

I would like to have children in my life, but I would also be willing to be a donor so others could have children. I've felt the void and would feel good about helping others have children, even if I am not involved other than as a donor.

My ethnic background is a combination of Czech, Norwegian, English and Irish. We learned about our family lineage and where our ancestors came from. Education was stressed in my family and I have a masters degree. I enjoy music and was very active in vocal music and have taken part in musicals, church and community chorale groups, cantered at church and occasionally participate in karaoke.
