Other Info: Vivacious, active and educated. Had my opportunity at being a full time parent taken from me by my ex husband shortly after I lost my leg. I still have almost daily contact with my children and see them several times a week but it's not the relationship I desire/prefer. I have healed completely from my amputation (left leg) and I am always outdoors, on the go, enjoying life to it's fullest. I've stared death in the face and know what's important in life. I would love to share, full time, my life with a child. I enjoy being a mother very much. I breastfed my daughter (who lives with her father) for 2years, the first year just me, no food, no bottles... I'd love to experience that again. I want to do it out of a relationship so I don't have to worry about my child being taken from me ever again. I do have family and friends who would help me if I were to have another surgery (but I should not ever have to- you just never know what life is going to throw at you next though, so I do have a safety net of friends and family).
I am a geology student but I do have income as well. I'd rather not discuss my income and I don't plan to ask you about yours. I am open to a co-parenting situation but at the same time the fear is there that the other person attempt to take custody of the child and although it would be pretty difficult currently with me being active and capable, it is still a fear always in the back of my mind. Therefor, I prefer a donor situation but will consider discussing other arrangements.
