Other Info: I presently have a young child who was conceived through an egg donor and my cryogenically preserved semen. She is a perfect hellion so I am not sure there is anything wrong with her except she has no siblings. I would like her to have at least one half sibling somewhere to enrich her life should she wish to contact her sibling. Of course I think she is beautiful and I have had others at the playground tell me so. I was 38 when I had my semen preserved.
I have three college degrees one of which I earned while working full time, was married, and maintaining an A average. My personality type is quiet, studious. As I have aged I have become less of a bookworm and more athletic although I have always been athletic. My health is excellent. My mother is 83 but you would never know it by her energy level. I only hope I have her longevity genes.
I am reasonably financially secure so I may be able to pay the transfer fee.
I would be happy to sign away my cryogenically preserved semen for use in an infertility clinic. My greatest concern presently is that the biological mother live long enough to see the child into adulthood. When my child was four she asked me whether I would be alive when she grew up. I had not thought about it much. Maybe she had a point. The reason to have kids is for the fantastically simple reason that it is FUN!
