Other Info:
I joined this site almost 2 years ago, and did find a donor then. We worked together for about half a year, but I was unsuccessful in getting pregnant with him. The baby project was overwhelming and all consuming, and I needed a break, but now I am back, more prepared for what going through this process really means, more relaxed and determined.
This time around I am hoping to find a younger donor than the one I had, preferably under the age of 40-45, but if you are older and can provide evidence of a good sperm count, age really doesn't matter.
As I am what you could call asexual, I do prefer artificial insemination, but I can be open to discussion about the method if you prefer otherwise.
I do also prefer it if you already have children of your own, for me and for my hopefully future childs safety. I am not looking to co-parent, the child will be mine only, I'll never ask you to take any responsibility or provide anything other than the sperm you so generously offer here, and I require and expect you to never make a claim of the child or go for custody. I will however gladly send pictures and updates through the pregnancy and of the child, if you'd want that. But of course, donors without children of their own are also welcome to contact me, if you are 110% sure you'll never regret the decision of having helped produced children that will not be a part of your life or call you dad.
As for a picture of myself, I'm not entirely comfortable uploading that here, but if you'd like it, I'll send you one over email once we're in contact.
I regretfully have to inform that yes, I do smoke. My determination is that the day I have a positive pregnancy test, is the day I quit smoking for good. Seems I need a life other than my own as motivation. I did quit before trying with my previous donor, but as the months went by without success, I fell back into my habit. So this time, I'm not gonna add the stress of quitting smoking before pregnancy is a fact. And I hope this won't present a problem for you.
As for your ethnicity, I do prefer Caucasian since I will be raising this child alone, but not entirely opposed to Hispanic or mixed race if your skin is of a lighter variety :)
Now, that was a lot of what I am looking for in a donor, thank you for sticking with me this far.
What I can say about myself:
I feel I was born to be a mother, there's nothing I want more in life, nor do I want to be too old before I have children, and time is ticking fast. I will be raising the child on my own, and I have myself been raised without a father present so I know what that means for both the child and myself using my own mother as an example. But the child will not suffer a lack of male rolemodels for that reason, that you can be assured. I do have a large supporting family behind me.
