I'm a 41-year-old soon-to-be father of one. Earlier this year, I helped a young lady in Austin TX to conceive a child. She was extremely happy when she found out that she was pregnant, with the baby due around Xmas. I would like to help another woman or couple to have a child. I am also interested in the idea of co-parenting but not sure if it is practical for me, as I am always on the road for my job as a technician - a job that I love, minus the constant traveling part. I want to be known to the child and will sign a contract. I have lived in northern NJ and southern NY for most of my life and intend to be here for a long time. Eventually I'm hoping to move closer to my family in Austin, TX or Phoenix, AZ, but that probably won't be until 6 or 7 years from now. As a child, I was fascinated with science from a young age. I have a playful, inquisitive, empathetic personality. When I took a Keirsey test many years ago, the tester told me that I had a "counselor" personality. My ethnic background is Irish (father's side) and primarily Norwegian with a strong Danish component (mother's side). I am in excellent physical health. When I was a teenager, I had something called spontaneous pneumothorax - relatively common in tall, thin people of Northern European descent - but it went away on its own without requiring treatment. After my most recent physical, my doctor told me that I had slightly high triglycerides, but everything else was fine. My blood pressure was 120/70. From about Apr to Oct, I ride my bike to the southern tip of Greenwood Lake and back at least once per week to stay in shape. I enjoy spending time with friends, hiking in the woods (my property borders NY State Forest land), and doing genetic genealogical research when it's too cold to go outside. My primary goal in life is to bring happiness to those around me. I have never been interested in being financially rich - and I'm certainly not haha. I want the type of wealth that no one can take away from me, because it is something that I give, not something that I have. I'm excited to meet someone seeking a child and I'm happy to help anyone.
