We are a newly married couple looking for a donor to help us make a wee one! We are a queer/genderfluid woman who is a musician/poet/PCA/nanny, and a queer man who is a writer/gardener/baker. We live in a solar-powered house in Greenfield with dogs, chickens, and gardens full of organic fruits, vegetables, herbs, and flowers.
We're looking for someone relatively near to Greenfield, to facilitate meetings/donations; we're willing to go a bit further for the right match. Our family heritage includes various European, Mowhawk, Tico, (Costa Rican/Central American) and Jewish, so any of those would be a plus. We'd be thrilled with someone who is gay/bi/queer, but it's not a must. Qualities we'd like in a donor include kindness, humor, musicality, creativity, and intelligence. Short guys encouraged to apply. We'd also need a clear STD panel, and a conversation about genetics.
We're looking for someone who would be available for questions/concerns once the kid gets a bit older and learns how they came to be. We'd be happy to send infrequent photos & updates, but the donor would not have any parental rights/responsibilities. We would sign a notarized contract to this effect. Also open to someone who wants a little more contact, like a distant uncle, if we all find that arrangement to be agreeable.. We can pay for travel and testing, but are looking for someone who wants to donate out of the goodness of their heart.
