The Chicago Sperm Bank maintain high standards of quality control with regard to donor sperm. The sperm donor catalog is updated on a monthly basis. Chicago Sperm Bank suggest that clients select at least four donors from the catalogue list to match their desired physical characteristics and traits.
Profiles are available containing 30+ pages which contain in depth family screening and psychological evaluation for each donor.
To get a donor that looks like you or your partner you can email a photograph and the sperm bank staff will rank potential donors according to their resemblance to the photograph strictly by facial features.

Sperm Quality
Chicago Sperm Bank evaluates each semen specimen prior to release to ensure that the quality meets our strict high standards.
All frozen specimens are Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) ready and priced at $400.00 per vial.
Each specimen is guaranteed to contain 20 million (+/- 10%) total motile sperm after thawing with a minimum post-thaw motility of 35%.
