Background
The London Sperm Bank was founded in March 2010 to address the shortage of sperm donors in the UK. The London Sperm Bank joined forces with the The London Women’s Clinic sperm bank to form the UK’s largest provider of donor sperm.
The London Sperm Bank has approximately 10,000 vials of donor sperm available which can be used to perform fertility treatment at affiliated fertility centres. The London Women’s Clinic use donated sperm in approximately 1000 treatment cycles per year.

Aim
The aim of the London Sperm Bank is to give women in the UK maximum choice of donor sperm without having to undertake expensive travel abroad.

Sperm Donors
The London Sperm Bank (LSB) is licensed by the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA).
The London Sperm Bank has a selection of UK recruited donor sperm from a variety of cultures, religions and sections of the community. You can search based on searching physical characteristics, educational background, occupation, religion or personal interests you are looking for. Staff impressions of the sperm donors personality are also available.
Treatment
The London Sperm Bank works exclusively with the London Women's Clinic and Bridge centre where treatment using donor sperm can take place. There are four London Women’s Clinic centres situated across the UK in Harley Street London, Cardiff, Darlington and Swansea. The Bridge clinic is situated conveniently close to London Bridge station.
